We welcome individual women to Elizabeth Gregory Home’s Day Center and Transitional Housing Program.

Our Day Center is located in the University District and is open Sunday through Friday 9am to 4:30pm. Women are welcome to sign up for any of our free services listed below after you check-in.

FOOD

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and food-to-go are available.

Showers

You can schedule up to 30 minutes in our accessible, private showers.

Laundry

Looking to clean your clothes? You can schedule a time to do your laundry in advance. We also have clothing available to wear while you wait.

COMPUTERS / INTERNET

Need to check your e-mail or work on a document? You can schedule to use one of the computers in our computer lab.

 

Mail

If you don’t have a place for your mail to be delivered, you can arrange for your mail to arrive at our Day Center for pick-up.

Connect with Resources

You’ll have the opportunity to meet with EGH Care Managers for referrals, support and advocacy to obtain educational and vocational training, job skills, employment, medical care, mental health counseling, drug and alcohol support, and referrals to long-term housing. Our Care Managers can also help determine eligibility for the Transitional Housing program.
