We are grateful beyond bounds to Rotary Club of the University District, Seattle who brought us bags and bags of warm winter coats for our clients in December.

Just over two weeks after that visit, nighttime weather in Seattle dipped into the 20’s, with daytime temperatures barely rising above freezing for over seven days. Our clients were in desperate need of weather-appropriate clothing during the severe weather and the warm gift of coats really made a difference.

Thank you Rotary Club of the University District – your generosity and commitment to our mission is greatly appreciated!

Danielle lives in her car. With temperatures in the 20’s, it is dangerous to be outside. Fortunately, Danielle visited Elizabeth Gregory Home where she was able to take a warm shower, enjoy a hot meal, and received a winter coat and blankets to keep her warm at night.
