hope is still in bloom

At EGH, our core values inform our decisions: Respect, Inclusion, Community, and Empathy (RICE). When grappling with whether to cancel this year’s annual dinner because of the coronavirus epidemic, our Board of Directors honed in on community, prioritizing the health and safety of our cherished supporters over holding the event.

In the spirit of enabling EGH to continue providing homeless women with essential services such as food, clothing, and hygiene offerings, six days a week, we invite you to make a contribution that will help us realize our fundraising goal of $250,000.

But we have help! Although contributions of any size are deeply appreciated, our corporate sponsors and several anonymous donors have generously offered a pool whereby they will match every gift of $1,000 or more.

We hope you can join us in reaching our goal by our event’s scheduled date of Sunday, March 22nd.

With heartfelt gratitude for your consideration,

Ruth Herold, EGH Executive Director
Roger Morris, EGH Board President
